We collect only the data we need to respond to organizers, create the cards and send them to participants. We never sell your data.

Who is responsible for your data

• Company: Abstème Media Inc., which operates DRAFTED Cards™.
• Privacy officer: the co-founder of DRAFTED Cards™, reachable at contact@draftedcards.com.

The data we collect

• Organizers: name, email, race name, city, date, number of runners, registration platform and your message, sent through the contact form, as well as the information and files submitted through the creation questionnaire (logos, colors, sponsors, phone or WhatsApp).
• Participants: first name, phone number, race and edition, the video and images captured at the photo booth, and the card profile (rarity, superpower).
• Payment: the card is purchased on the race’s registration platform, which processes the payment. We never see or store card numbers.
• Browsing: technical data (IP address, browser type) logged by our host for site security.

Why we use it

• Respond to organizers’ requests.
• Create the participant’s card and send it by text, with a private link.
• Match each purchased card to the right participant.
• Improve our services.

We rely on your consent (given at the photo booth), on the performance of your purchase and on our legitimate interest in responding to requests sent to us.

Who we share it with

Only with our technical providers (hosting and forms, messaging, text delivery), for these specific purposes. Each participant is free to share their card as they wish.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for these purposes. Once data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

You can access your data at any time, correct it, request its deletion or a copy, and withdraw your consent. Write to us at contact@draftedcards.com: we respond within 30 days. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

International transfers

Our providers may process some data outside your country. In that case, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, in line with the data protection laws of each country.

Security

Each card is sent through a unique private link. Access to data is limited to our team and our providers.

Minor participants

For a minor participant, consent from a parent or guardian is required.

This site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
